RLC shares solid waste management best practices in 1st Cebu City SWM Summit 2022

April 2022 - RLC joined Cebu city’s first ever Solid Waste Management (SWM) Summit participated by the region’s SWM stakeholders from the local government, private businesses, organizations and foreign & local diverters. 

The summit zeroed in on environmental conservation through responsible waste management and surveyed best practices of various stakeholders which may be applicable to improving the SWM of Cebu city. The event ended with a ceremonial activity where everyone signed their commitment to join in the effort of improving the city's solid waste management. 

In a presentation representing our company, Huey Silo, CSR Manager, expressed RLC’s stand on the issue of waste handling:
