Robinsons Galleria South Sends Food Relief to San Pedro Laguna LGU

Following a state of calamity declared in the National Capital Region and nearby areas, brought by an enhanced monsoon and Typhoon Carina, over a hundred families from San Pedro, Laguna were reported affected and displaced. With little to no personal belongings, these families took temporary shelter in LGU-designated relief camps.

In response to the ensuing floodings, RLove mobilized RTulong emergency relief program through Robinsons Galleria South in cooporation with the local government of San Pedro Laguna. Facilitated by mall employee volunteers, the emergency relief operation included the distribution of grocery relief packs to 59 families residing in the municipality of San Pedro.  The packs were sourced from Robinsons Supermarket Corporation and contained grocery items like canned goods, noodles, rice, coffee and biscuits.

R Tulong is RLove's emergency relief program that addresses the need for relief assistance to individuals and communities affected by calamities. RLove believes that it is in times of calamities that our help is most needed by the calamity-stricken victims; in order to address the need for provision of essential supplies such as water, food and shelter.
