Robinsons Hotels and Resort’s Cafe Summit Cebu Launches “Sustainable Cuisines”

February 14, 2022 - RHR opened its 5th Café Summit in Cebu with Sustainability in its forefront by introducing "Sustainable Cuisines". Café Summit Cebu ensures that 80% of the ingredients in their dishes are acquired locally. This way, RHR is able to support their local farmers and suppliers especially as they recover from the effects of Typhoon Odette. "We are Happy to Care for our community by supporting them in any way we can and by giving our customers better choices, with the use of local ingredients", according to renowned Head Chef Mau Domingo. This is an initiative under Happy to Care CSR Program of RHR.
