  • RLC'S Renewable Energy: Mall Solar Facilities
    RLC understands the value of energy management to promote sustainable growth for the organization and has embarked on a renewable energy program to install off-grid rooftop solar PV (photo voltaic) panels on feasible malls nationwide. This demonstrates RLC's commitment to help protect the environment from the adverse effects of carbon emissions and its aim to be an industry leader in efficient energy use alongside its other energy conservation and efficiency programs.
  • Wastewater Recovery Program
    RLC recognizes the importance of the intelligent use of water resources. Through this program, wastewater is treated, filtered and reused, leading to zero wastewater discharge to public sewer. Several RLC hotels and malls now use 100% recycled wastewater for their toilets and irrigation requirements. Good water quality is ensured through monthly testing by RLC's Corporate Laboratory which is accredited by DENR and recognized by DOH. In addition to this, several malls collect rainwater for the mall's use.

    RLC through its Robinsons Hotels and Resorts Division launches, "R-Love Soap for Hope" project, an initiative to recover, recycle, re-process and donate used bar soaps to local communities.

    RLC's Robinsons Hotels and Resorts division paid tribute to our troops through its support of the National Heroes Day Commemoration. Upon invitation of Malacañang, some 215 family members and relatives of brave soldiers who were killed in the line of duty defending Marawi were invited to memorial ceremonies at the Libingan ng mga Bayani. Go Hotels Mandaluyong hosted families who had come for the memorial ceremonies by providing free accommodation.

    Robinsons Malls Recycling Market & Recycling Olympics
    The Robinsons Malls Recycling Market and Recycling Olympics project provides a waste-recovery facility through a once-a-month scrap-buying fair involving Robinsons' tenants, customers, other business establishments, schools, religious groups and city residents. The project aims to demonstrate the store malls' commitment to solidwaste management campaign to make city residents and businesses responsible stewards of the environment while providing additional income for households and organizations.
  • ROBINSONS MALLS PARTNERS WITH TV PATROL
    The year 2017 marked the beginning of the partnership between Robinsons Malls and "TV Patrol", the flagship national network news broadcast of ABS-CBN in the Philippines, for various projects and activities. Titled "TV Patrol Caravan", the team of ABS-CBN visited several Robinsons Malls from all over the Philippines and conducted educational programs for the benefit of the public. Part of their projects was the Job Fair attended by over 15,000 Filipinos to apply to different companies.

    Recognizing the rights and the needs of the marginal sector of our society, including persons with disabilities and abandoned children, the program donated resources for daily provisions, support therapies and medicines. This year, the program served Bahay San Jose Foundation- House with No Steps, Alay sa may Kapansanan Inc., and Mother Teresa Spinelli’s Treasures, aiming to help beneficiaries overcome their limitations and provide access to opportunities for a better life.
  • ROBINSONS HOTELS AND RESORTS PARTNERSHIP WITH CARITAS MANILA
    Robinsons Land's Hotels and Resorts division is proud to renew its commitment and support to Caritas Manila's Youth Leadership & Education Program (YSLEP) through the Segunda Mana program. Through this donation-in-kind program, items which are no longer being used in the Summit Hotels and Go Hotels branches are donated to YSLEP so that they can be sold.
  • RLove Brigada Eskwela
    Year 2017
    RLove actively participates in the Department of Education's Brigada Eskwela project and Adopt-A-School program with over 57,000 public school students benefitting from this partnership. To date, RLC has assisted 32 public schools across the country. RLove is involved in upgrading several public school classrooms located in 21 different sites. These upgrades include repainting of classrooms and donation of audio visual equipment and information to aid the children's learning.

    Robinsons Land Corp Joins the International Coastal Clean-up
    Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC), through its Robinsons "RLove" corporate social responsibility (CSR) program, actively participated in the International Coastal Clean-up in Las Pinas-Paranaque Critical Habitat and Eco-Tourism Area (LLPCHEA). Volunteers from different RLC Business Units were guided by Department of Environment and Natural Resources- River Basin Control Office in the collection, sorting and measuring of the 9 identified categories of waste, covering 100 meters of LPPCHEA- Freedom and Long Island coastal area.
