However, there are still a lot of disparities in terms of the industry, or type of job that women can get. This initiative aims to address these disparities by creating a workplace where women are given equal opportunities.
- Robinsons Homes has always taken it upon itself to responsibly manage energy and water consumption in its offices with the knowledge that it is part of its social responsibility towards its employees and residents to help sustain the environment. Deliberate efforts are undertaken to conserve energy such as the turning off of lights in unused meeting rooms, unplugging of electrical devices even during weekends, and turning off of lights during lunch breaks. Water was also responsibly used and consumption monitored.

- Robinsons Land's ArtAblado recently concluded its year-ender offering, the ChristmaSAYA Christmas Card Competition which was opened to children aged 6 to 12 years. This year's Christmas Card Making art completion garnered 60 entries, each depicting their personal experience of Christmas amidst the pandemic. “Each entry shows the child's memories of Christmas spent in Robinsons Malls, pre-pandemic and how they cherish this wonderful memory,” says Roseann C.
