The Philippines is ranked 17th among 156 countries in the Global Gender Gap Report 2021 of the World Economic Forum (WEF) and 2nd in APAC. The International Labor Organization detailed that the Philippines is the 5th in having the highest share of managers who are female. However, there are still a lot of disparities in terms of the industry, or type of job that women can get. This initiative aims to address these disparities by creating a workplace where women are given equal opportunities.

Water was also responsibly used and consumption monitored.
